Built on Craftsmanship

Paradigm Concrete was founded by Eric Coosemans and Jordan Nickel with one goal: to become the concrete company people across Kelowna and the Okanagan trust when they want concrete done right.

With a background rooted in concrete, engineering, construction, asphalt, and oilfield experience, Eric and Jordan bring a unique combination of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. Eric's foundation as a Civil Engineer, combined with years around concrete and construction, brings precision and problem-solving to every pour. Jordan's experience across asphalt, construction, and the oilfield industry has built a strong understanding of durability, preparation, and doing the job right the first time.

Together, they saw an opportunity to provide superior concrete services built around quality, reliability, and attention to detail. Their experience working in demanding environments shaped the standards Paradigm operates by today.

They are not interested in being the biggest company. They are focused on being the best.

From residential driveways and patios to commercial concrete projects, every job is approached with pride, clear communication, and a commitment to craftsmanship. No shortcuts. No rushed work. Just professional concrete solutions built to last.

Our mission is simple: bring the experience, craftsmanship, and work ethic we've built throughout our careers to every project we take on. We see tremendous opportunity in the continued growth of the Okanagan and are proud to help build its future with quality concrete solutions founded on integrity, reliability, and lasting workmanship. Every project is an opportunity to contribute to the communities we serve while creating work we're proud to put our name on.
