We will communicate schedule changes as promptly as possible.

The customer agrees to:

• •Provide safe and reasonable access to the project site.
• •Ensure property boundaries are correctly identified.
• •Obtain approvals or permissions not specifically included in our agreement.
• •Inform Paradigm of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other site conditions that may affect construction.

Additional costs resulting from undisclosed conditions may be billed separately.

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement or invoice.

Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in:

• •Suspension of work
• •Delayed scheduling
• •Applicable interest or collection costs where permitted by law

Ownership of supplied materials may remain with Paradigm Concrete until payment has been received in full.

Concrete is a natural product.

Variations including, but not limited to:

• •Colour differences
• •Minor surface imperfections
• •Hairline shrinkage cracks
• •Natural curing patterns
• •Aggregate exposure variations

are considered normal and do not constitute defective workmanship.

Every effort is made to produce consistent, high-quality results, but these natural characteristics cannot be completely eliminated.

Paradigm Concrete stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Warranty coverage applies only to defects resulting directly from our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by:

• •Improper use
• •Vehicle overloading
• •Ground movement
• •Tree roots
• •Extreme weather
• •Freeze-thaw conditions
• •Improper maintenance
• •Salt, chemicals, or de-icing products
• •Third-party alterations

Specific warranty details will be outlined in individual project agreements where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradigm Concrete shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided under the applicable agreement.
